Who we are

This website is run by RSA Studios Inc. (Rising Suns Agency), based in New York, United States. We are responsible for the personal data described on this page. Questions go to rise@risingsunsagency.com.

What we collect and why

  • When you book a demo, the booking calendar asks for your name, email address and phone number, and the booking is sent to us. We use it to hold the call and follow up about working together. Legal basis for visitors in the EU or UK: steps you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
  • When you email us, we keep what you send so we can reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • To see how the site is used, we use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors scroll and click, with heatmaps and session recordings. Anything typed into forms is masked. Clarity sets its own cookies. It is switched off for browsers set to a European time zone (EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland).
  • Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies. The fonts are served from this site, so loading a page sends nothing to Google. The booking calendar is run by HighLevel and sets its own cookies when it loads. For visitors in a European time zone it only loads after you press Show available times or Book a demo.

Who processes your data

These providers are based in the United States. Where data of visitors in the EU or UK is transferred, it is covered by safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

We don't sell your data

We never sell or share your personal information for advertising.

How long we keep it

Booking details and emails are kept while we are in touch about working together and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Clarity recordings are deleted by Microsoft after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email rise@risingsunsagency.com and we reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you can also object to processing based on legitimate interest, ask for your data in a portable format, and complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have the rights that law gives you, and using them never changes how we treat you.

Children

This site is for businesses and is meant for people aged 16 and over.

If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and the date below. Last updated October 30, 2026.
